What Are The Course Objectives?

• Plan accurate training sessions with support materials that reflect real practice and include appropriate information
• Carry out two interactive training sessions at a pace & sequence that maximises learning

How Is the Course Structured?

This is a three day programme that will include:-

• How people learn in groups
• Writing course objectives
• Structuring training – introduction, development & consolidation
• Handling groups effectively
• Questioning techniques
• Using visual aids and handouts
• Increasing group participation
• Use of group work and exercises
• Completing action plans

The three days are informal and highly participative with active discussion, exchange of ideas, exercises, group work & practical sessions for you to practice the new skills.

How to transfer the learning into the working environment

We were soooooo pleased and managed to raise and donate £405.00 in total, which completely exceeded our expectations and for such a very valuable cause.

Our original target was £100 so we have managed to smash that!

So we promised that we would also do something on the 18th March for Red Nose Day and I thought you might like to know that we “Bounced with Becky” and of course wore our red noses.
