Janet is our Corporate Events specialist and has  had over 20 years in event management and corporate hospitality.  Her experience ranges from managing hospitality events such as; Corporate Golf days, Team Building activities, VIP Theatre trips, Conferences, Award Ceremonies, Product Launches as well as other themed events.  Her ability to take out the hassle of organising and managing these events is what makes her so unique.

Caroline is our recruitment & training partner who specialises in working with companies to improve their recruitment process, enabling them to make better recruitment decisions and reduce recruitment costs.  She offers training for individuals involved in the recruitment process from advertising, job profiling, competency based interviews, running assessment centres and managing the offer process. She uses a full range of interactive media ensuring training is informative & fun whilst achieving business results.

Julia is our compliance specialist for Fire, Food and Health & Safety. She has worked in the hospitality industry for many years and provides a range of services for low risk industries from Policy Development, Risk Assessments, Management Systems, Crisis Management, Advice and Training. Julia is customer focused and enjoys coaching and developing others to take on board the commitment, of working in a safe environment. Julia is a highly motivated individual who can deliver statutory compliance in an interesting, fun and interactive manner.

Richard is our specialist in providing detailed quality feedback on what your customers really think and feel about the service you offer. Delighting your customers will ensure that your customers remain loyal and committed to your brand. Service Science offer detailed feedback in three key dimensions; objective feedback, subjective feedback & a skills analysis. Through their mystery customer programme you become clear about where your customer gaps are and what training objectives need to be implemented to reinforce excellent customer service.

Leanne is our technical specialist in streamlining your processes and systems, by creating opportunities and measurable results which generate a return on investment. They offer services in management consultancy and software development, which can often impact on how people feel in their workplace. They are passionate about providing high quality business solutions and they take a collaborative approach to help you effectively utilise your people and processes.

Kate is our employment eagle, she has previous experience as a qualified and charismatic employment solicitor and specialises in helping businesses become legally compliant.  What Kate doesn’t know about employment law is not worth knowing about.  Kate provides advice as well as designing and delivering training interventions which are practical, fun, jargon free and achieves great results.

Anna is a specialist in programmes for Dyslexic Thinkers and provides individual development programmes for people who think in pictures and have difficulties undertaking everyday activities, such as reading and writing. During the programme individuals learn how to learn, using their style of thinking in order to overcome these difficulties. The methods reduce, and in some cases remove, the need for assessment for dyslexia, dyspraxia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia and ADD/ADHD or to seek the provision of external support mechanisms such as specialist software.


Pam is a specialist in change management, resulting from more than 25 years experience working in the UK and throughout Europe. Her focus is on assisting senior and key managers to make real changes that will impact on organisational and personal success. Pam delivers fun, innovative & learner centred training, which means her approach is highly flexible and adaptive to the needs of the individuals.
