Stonebow is a nationally recognised standard in the field of training and development. We are accredited trainers with Stonebow and can work with your in house training team to enable them to plan and deliver the most effective training interventions.

The Stonebow’s Group Training Certificate will train your trainers to design and deliver effective, interactive training sessions to groups of people.
During the training they will learn how to plan training that meets the objectives, identify appropriate methods of training that maximises understanding and how to develop skills to help engage all group members.
The programme is informal and highly participative with active discussion, exchange of ideas, exercises, group work and two practical sessions in which you can practice the skills. The formal assessments are also great opportunities to receive valuable feedback and ensures that you are confident to write and deliver your own effective training sessions.
We have also added other best practice techniques to this training including Accelerated Learning and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
