What Are The Course Objectives?

By the end of the training individuals will be able to:-

• Identify two training activities & write objectives are that appropriate for interactive group training sessions
• Plan accurate training sessions with support materials that reflect real practice and include appropriate information
• Carry out two interactive training sessions at a pace & sequence that maximises learning
• Provide constructive feedback to individuals following practical session

How Is the Course Structured?

This is a three day programme that will include:-

• How people learn in groups
• Writing course objectives
• Structuring training – introduction, development & consolidation
• Handling groups effectively
• Questioning techniques
• Using visual aids and handouts
• Increasing group participation
• Use of group work and exercises
• Completing action plans

The three days are informal and highly participative with active discussion, exchange of ideas, exercises, group work & practical sessions for you to practice the new skills.

This is an intensive, high level programme which will make a significant, visible impact on your training results and focus on developing a Learner Centred training approach.
