This wine is a harmonious blend of 52% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Tempranillo, 13% Garnacha and 3% Syrah. The grapes are hand picked from early September to mid October, when they have reached their optimum ripeness. After fermentation and malolactic fermentation in steel tanks, the wine is aged for 9 months in
