Mar Salada is one of our classic

The chinato is not spiced with wormwood as vermouth but instead bark of cinchona

supported by some notes of elderberry

cherries and black pepper

2024, BlouZe Tenuta Grillo Mar Salada is one of"Nicolas and Karine Mirouze created the ""ouze"" line of wines as a way of making, fun easy to drink ""vins de soif"" from their biodynamic farm in the south of France. The wines are all naturally vinified with a light touch and minimal added sulfur. Blouze (pronounced Blues), is a mashup of Blanc and Mirouze.
