2023, Pautel Rousanne Efter gæring lagrer vinen 5Single vineyard Syrah from Beaucastel clones, planted in 1973. The vineyard consists of rounded small stones and grey clay, similar to Chteauneuf du Pape. Partially destemmed. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in 1500 liter foudre for 12 months, followed by 12 months in bottle.
