Training Charges

  • All Learning Service costs will be agreed upfront before any proposal is authorised to proceed, so both parties are clear of the cost implications
  • Additional charges will be incurred for materials to support our Learning Services, such as workshop materials, personal profiles, learning journals, books etc. which cannot be estimated as part of the upfront costs
  • Additional charges for travelling expenses, accommodation and meals for the Learning Consultant will be charged on an ongoing basis as costs are incurred
  • Any training room booking, logistics, accommodation, refreshments and equipment hire for the delegates, are to be paid directly by the client Payment Terms
  • A non-refundable deposit will be paid at the time of booking
  • The remaining costs and expenses will be invoiced on an ongoing basis as costs are incurred
  • All invoices are to be paid within 14 days of the invoice date
  • VAT is not included in quoted prices
  • Prices are valid for 2 months from the offer date (if not acted upon) and prices apply to the quoted contract only
  • Our costs will be reviewed on an annual basis and are subject to price increases which will be communicated at the time of any proposal being authorised Cancellation TermsIf for any reason a selected Learning Consultant is not suitable or not able to best work with a group, a suitable replacement will be provided. If there is a need to cancel an agreed event, without rescheduling, the following cancellation policy applies: N.B. Non-refundable deposit is not refunded.
  • More than 4 weeks’ notice – No charge incurred
  • 2 – 4 weeks’ notice – 50% of the costs
  • Less than 2 weeks’ notice – 100% of the costs Rescheduled TermsIf there is a need to reschedule an agreed event, the following rescheduled policy applies: N.B. Non-refundable deposit is not refunded.
  • More than 4 weeks’ notice – No charge incurred
  • 2 – 4 weeks’ notice – no charge incurred if rebooked within one month
  • Less than 2 weeks’ notice – 50% of the costs if rebooked within one month your ULTIMATE GUARANTEE
  • If you feel that our Learning Services are not meeting our agreed objectives & we can’t do anything to change the situation, then we’ll refund your investment.
